About Sery
“I am inordinately grateful for the sacrifices so many have made to allow me to live the American Dream.”
I am the immediate former Assistant Administrator for the Office of Women’s Business Ownership (OWBO), where I oversaw and administered broad, emerging, and critical Women’s Business Center (WBC) programs to achieve OWBO and the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) goals and objectives.
As a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the private and public sectors working with executives, clients, and government officials to achieve positive outcomes, I successfully led this $70 million dollar federal grant-making program, including the largest expansion ever of the SBA's WBCs, to help empower women to become entrepreneurs.
During COVID-19, this role was especially vital to ensuring the continued growth and operations of our economy, as well as the stability and security of our families. I am so honored to have been able to serve the American people during this crucial time.
You can learn more about what I accomplished at the U.S. Small Business Administration here.
